Roy Wilson

A talented vocalist, vocal coach, and musician, Roy Wilson has performed in various places around the globe including Europe, Australia and the United States.  Mr. Wilson is very adept at singing the harmonization that a trio requires.  He also originated the lead singing roles in Andrew T. Miller’s full-scale musical theatre productions playing Filbert in “The Prodigal” presentations in 2003 and 2004 and playing Hermes in “The Legend of Pandora” production in 2005.

Mr. Wilson has been singing since his youth and studied with Master Instructor at the University of Puget Sound, Dr. Thomas Goleeke. From 1999 -2005 he toured extensively with the group CrossWind and was instrumental in creating, harmonizing and performing in the tight three part harmonization that made the group CrossWind unique.

Mr. Wilson served as Assistant Chorus Master and Tenor Section Leader for Andrew T. Miller’s contemporary cantata “The Birth of Christ”, performed in Dublin, Ireland in August 2006 and in Rome, Italy in April 2009. He continues to help Mr. Miller with music editing for numerous projects, performs in various musical productions, and instructs vocal students at Norpoint Music School in an engaging and dynamic way.

When not involved in music related performances, Mr. Wilson can be found – or not found – fishing or hunting and, as a former golf pro, golfing.
